Return Policy

1. 7 Days Hassle Free Returns after an order has been delivered.

2. We both offer return and exchange on our product.

3. After product is delivered ,you can returned when product is wrong and damanged.

4. All issues can be claimed within the period. Any claim after the period will not be accepted.

5. Contact us within 7 days of shipment delivery.

6. The order will pick from your side and then we will ship a new order in case exchange or refund will be processed after verification of the received product.If order delivered is in damaged condition, or wrong, you can return the product unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice and get the refund. Our courier partner will collect the order from the address provided by you and will get it back to us.

7. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.

8. 6 months warranty on charger and data cable.

Refund Policy

1. We offer both return and refund on our products.

2. Customer will be refunded on cancellation of prepaid order before shipment.

3. Contact us within 7 days of shipment delivery.

6. In case of prepaid order if package is undelivered and has returned to us due to courier issue, then customer will be refunded.

7. Refund amount will be credited in 7-15 working days.

8. The refund for the Prepaid order is processed within 7 working days after receiving your order and Quality Check process. The refunded amount will be reflected in the respective payment mode.

9. The refund for the COD order is processed within 15 working days after receiving your order and Quality Check process. The refunded amount will be reflected in your selected mode of payment (UPI ID/Bank Account).
